By accessing or using Parity AI (the "Service"), available at parityai.pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Parity AI provides an AI-powered dashboard builder that lets you upload a spreadsheet, describe what you want to see, and generate an interactive dashboard which you can refine through follow-up prompts. We also provide related marketing content and information about our services.

3. Accounts

To use the dashboard application you must create an account using email and password or by signing in with Google. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your Data and Content

You retain all rights to the data you upload and to the dashboards you generate. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service — including sending a summary of your data and your prompt to our AI provider to generate and update your dashboards. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process the data you provide, and you must not upload data you are not authorised to use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload data you do not have the right to use or process
• Upload sensitive or regulated data (such as payment card numbers, government identifiers, or protected health information) without ensuring you are authorised to do so
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated scripts or bots to abuse the Service

6. AI-Generated Content

Dashboards, insights, and summaries are generated by an AI model and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. They are provided for informational purposes only and are not professional, financial, or legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service itself — including its software, design, branding, logos, and content we create — is the property of Parity AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent. This does not affect your ownership of your own data and generated dashboards.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parity AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers including Google (authentication), Supabase (authentication and database), Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service (AI generation), Amplitude (analytics), and Google Cloud (hosting). Your use of the Service is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue features of the Service, and may update these Terms at any time. Changes to these Terms are effective when posted to this page. Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Parity AI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
